Full course description
Technology has made information-sourcing significantly more accessible in the 21st century. Students and teachers have at their fingertips a plethora of information. Information and understanding, however, are not synonymous. This course will engage participants in strategies to navigate the complexities of digital text, questioning to guide information sourcing and visual displays of information as a way to convey student understanding of information.

Participants must have a current North Carolina teaching license to be eligible for NCCAT Online.
NCCAT will email certificates at the end of the quarter to participants who complete all course work.
